Assembly and care

Follow the instructions manual for assembly, placement and any age guidance.

Fix it to the wall. Anything a child can climb needs a bracket, and a bookshelf is the first thing they try.

Wipe it with a damp cloth and dry it. The cloth drawers lift out.

Questions parents ask

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 5 business days and you will get a tracking number by email. Transit time then depends on the courier, the size of the item and your address, so we do not quote a delivery date we cannot control.

What if a part is missing or damaged?

Contact us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a repair or replacement part rather than making you return the whole item, and damage on arrival is not a case where you pay return shipping.

Can I return it?
