Certification varies by brand and by product, and every product page lists what its manufacturer states. Name the product and the document you need in the form, and we will check what the manufacturer can provide, then tell you plainly whether we can supply it.

Common questions

How do we get pricing?
Send the form above and we will reply with a written, itemised quote by email. We do not publish bulk pricing because it depends on the products, the quantities and where it is going.
Can we pay by purchase order?
Yes. We accept purchase orders and can invoice your organization directly. We can also raise a custom order you pay up front, the same way a regular order works.
Is shipping free on a bulk order?
No. Free shipping applies to retail orders only. Bulk and wholesale orders move as multi carton or palletised freight, so we quote shipping on every bulk order individually based on the size and weight of the shipment and the delivery address. Your quote will show the shipping cost before you commit.
Do you work with organizations in the United States?
Yes. We ship across Canada and the contiguous United States, with no customs duty to either country.
Can someone help us choose what suits our space?
Yes. Tell us the room, the ages of the children using it and roughly what you want them to be able to do, and we will suggest options before you commit to anything.
Who exactly do you work with?
Licensed childcare centres, home daycares, Montessori and preschool programs, schools and school boards, early learning and family centres, libraries and community centres, paediatric clinics and therapy practices, play cafes and indoor play spaces, and businesses with a children's area.
