Goodevas gives a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, and it applies whether you buy from them directly or from an authorised reseller like us.
It covers defects in workmanship or materials under regular use. Depending on the case, Goodevas may supply replacement parts, send a new product, or issue a refund, at their discretion.
Damage from misuse, or from hanging these on a frame or fixing not intended to carry them, is not covered.
Warranty terms are set by Goodevas. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will handle it with them on your behalf rather than sending you off to do it yourself.
Materials and finish
The rungs, rings and disc are natural plywood, sanded with rounded edges so they match the frames Goodevas make.
Everything hangs on 0.27 inch moisture resistant rope rather than chain, so there is nothing metal at a child's hand height.

Hanging, use and care
These hang from a frame with a horizontal bar. They are not designed to be fixed to a ceiling joist, a door frame or anything else, and we would not recommend improvising a mounting point.
The rope ladder needs eight feet of clear height at full length, and all three need clear floor underneath and in the direction of travel.
Hang one piece at a time unless the frame is rated for more, and follow the manufacturer's manual for the frame you are hanging from rather than this page.
Goodevas states the rope is moisture resistant and that the set suits indoor and outdoor use. Even so, bring it in rather than leaving it out in weather.

Wipe the wooden parts with a damp cloth and dry them. Check the rope, the knots and the fixing points every few months and before each session if the set is used hard.

The set ships as three separate boxes, one for each piece, so do not worry if they arrive apart or on different days.
No customs duty to either country.
30 days to return it from the day it arrives. Return shipping is paid by you unless the fault is ours, and there is no restocking fee.
